Estate Plan Check-up

An Estate Plan Check-up consists of two personal sessions where we review your entire estate, including existing plan documents, asset ownership and overall financial structure. We review insurance amounts, ownership and beneficiaries; risk and investment suitability; estate and legacy documentation; and tax liability/reduction. Includes up to two hours attorney review of documentation and written checklist of prioritized "things to do" to get your estate ship-shape, or a written opinion that it already is. This is a comprehensive "check-up" just to make sure things are up to date and your family won't face nasty surpises, especially if your current documents are more than five years old.

Family Estate Design Session

A Family Estate Design Session is for families who have never done estate planning. It is a personal session where we go over your family and your goals in detail. We wil explain the estate planning process and go through with you exactly where your assets would go if something happened to you.

Business Health Check-up

A Business Health Check-up is two personal sessions where we perform a "Whole Wealth Check-up" as outlined on this page, with additional emphasis on business structure and personal asset protection. Includes up to two hours attorney review of documentation and written checklist of prioritized "things to do" to get your estate and business ownership ship-shape, or a written opinion that it already is.
